Every letter has its own key and its own picture, so a child meets the letter, the sound and the object in one press.
The blue pad in full: mode keys along the top, the LED screen in the middle and the A to Z picture keys filling the panel below.
Description
Two things about this one are usually got wrong in photographs, so they are worth saying first. It is a single moulded pad, not a laptop that opens - the keys and the screen are on the same face, with a green handle across the top for carrying it. And the screen is a small LED panel that shows letters and numbers, not a colour tablet display. What you get for Rs. 1,799 is a sturdy button toy, and on those terms it is a good one.
The layout does the teaching. Numbers 1 to 10 run across the top, the whole A to Z sits below with a picture on every letter, and eight animal keys - cow, sheep, tiger, frog, bird, duck, panda and gorilla - fill the row between them. A child presses a letter, hears it, sees it on the screen and looks at the picture, which is three ways into the same idea.
Six mode keys change what the pad is doing: Music, Letter, Word, Songs, Spell and Asking, with Story and Read on the bottom row. Asking is the one that earns its place - the pad sets a question and waits for the right key, which turns a press-and-listen toy into something a child has to answer.
Everything on it is in English. The board prints 26 English Words and there is no Urdu marking anywhere on the pad, so treat it as an English alphabet and vocabulary toy - which is exactly what most parents are buying it for before school.
Two details parents notice later: there are separate VOL+ and VOL- keys next to the power key, so the volume comes down without hiding the toy, and the moulded handle means it travels - in a bag for a car journey or to a grandparent's house without a case.
It comes in blue, pink or yellow, and runs on AAA cells that are not supplied. Tell us which colour you want when you order. The price is Rs. 1,799 with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan - Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and beyond - with stock, your city and the delivery charge confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

FAQs
Is this a laptop that opens?
No. The apple learning pad is one moulded piece with the keys and the screen on the same face and a handle across the top. Nothing hinges or folds, which is also why there is no hinge to break.
What kind of screen does it have?
A small LED panel, printed on the pad as LED screen, that shows letters and numbers as they are pressed. It is not a colour tablet display and it does not show video or pictures.
What does the learning pad actually teach?
The full A to Z with a picture on every letter, numbers 1 to 10, eight animals by name and sound, plus spelling, songs, stories and an asking mode that sets questions.
Is it in English or Urdu?
English. The pad prints 26 English Words across the front and there is no Urdu marking anywhere on it, so it works as an English alphabet and vocabulary toy.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes - it comes in blue, pink or yellow, and all three are the same pad with the same keys. Tell us which colour you want on WhatsApp when you place the order.
What batteries does the learning pad need?
AAA cells, and they are not supplied with it. Fit a fresh set before handing it over, because the sound and the LED screen both run off them.
What age is the apple learning pad for?
Safencia puts it at 3 years and up. Letters, spelling and the asking mode suit a child between about three and six, which is the stretch before and during the first school years.
Is the volume adjustable?
Yes. Separate VOL+ and VOL- keys sit on the bottom row beside the power key, so the sound can be brought down rather than the toy being put away.
Can I pay cash on delivery for Apple Learning Pad in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.
How fast is delivery in Pakistan?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
