When you start entering order details or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, city, delivery address, order details, product preferences, and support messages. Checkout details are saved as they are entered, even if you do not complete the order — see section 2.
We use your information to confirm products, prepare WhatsApp order messages, arrange delivery, calculate totals, handle COD support, respond to questions, and review complaints or replacement requests.
If you enter a phone number while preparing an order but leave before sending it on WhatsApp, we may save that attempted order so Safencia can follow up and help complete the purchase.
Orders and support are handled through WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
We may share necessary delivery details with courier or delivery partners so your order can be shipped. We do not sell customer information.
We use third-party measurement and advertising tools — including Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook) — to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our ads. For conversion measurement, a securely hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your phone number may be shared with Google; it cannot be read as your actual number. You can opt out of ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
The website may store cart items in your browser so your cart stays available while you browse pages. You can clear this by removing items from the cart or clearing browser data.
We take reasonable steps to keep order information limited to business use, but no online communication method can be guaranteed as completely secure.
