How do I track my order?

If we've already sent you a courier tracking (CN) number, enter it above and choose your courier to see live status. Just ordered and don't have a number yet? Use the WhatsApp option and we'll send your status straight away.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Once your parcel is dispatched (usually 1–2 business days after we confirm your order), we share the courier tracking number with you on WhatsApp or SMS. Before dispatch there's no number yet — just use the WhatsApp option above.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders reach major cities within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

My tracking shows no updates yet — what should I do?

Couriers can take a few hours to scan a newly booked parcel. If there's still no update after a day, message us on WhatsApp at 0317-4134902 and we'll check it for you immediately.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new address and we'll update it.

Track orders after dispatch

The order tracking page helps Safencia customers check courier movement after a parcel has been dispatched. Tracking numbers are usually shared on WhatsApp or SMS once the order is packed and handed to the courier.

If you have placed a new order and do not have a tracking number yet, contact Safencia with the phone number used at checkout. The team can confirm whether the order is pending confirmation, packed, dispatched, or already out for delivery.
