How do I place an order?
Add products to cart, enter your name, city, phone, delivery address, and any notes, then press "Send order on WhatsApp." You can also message us directly at 0317 4134902.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available for confirmed orders where courier service supports it. We confirm stock, your city and the delivery charge on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Which products are available right now?
Safencia stocks three departments. Kids toys covers educational sets, remote-control cars, dolls, building blocks, outdoor play and soft toys. Stationery and art supplies covers pencils, colour and paint sets, paint brushes, canvases, geometry boxes, pouches, rulers, inks, erasers and sharpeners. Sports goods covers cricket bats, tape balls, wickets, footballs, basketballs and badminton gear. Each department page lists its own collections, and the shop filters narrow them down by category and price.
Can I choose the product color?
For products with color options, availability depends on current stock. Please mention your preferred color on WhatsApp before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Major city orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days after confirmation. Delivery time for remote areas can vary. Charges, free-delivery threshold and dispatch times are all set out on shipping & delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a few photos or a short unboxing video. A damaged, faulty or wrong item gets a full refund or a replacement, and you pay nothing for the return. Are batteries included?
Package contents can vary by product and stock batch. Check the product images and confirm package details on WhatsApp before dispatch.
What is the delivery charge?
Standard delivery is Rs. 300. Orders of Rs. 4,000 or more qualify for free delivery. The final courier charge is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
We deliver to major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and many other cities. Share your city on WhatsApp and we will confirm coverage and timing.
Can I order as a gift for Eid or a birthday?
Yes. Many customers order for Eid, birthdays, and parties. Tell us on WhatsApp when you need the item and we will do our best to confirm timing and priority dispatch where possible.
