Our 7-day return & exchange policy.

1. Your 7-Day Return Window

Every order comes with 7 days from the day it is delivered to request a return or an exchange. There are two situations, and they are treated differently — the difference is who pays.

2. If the Item Is Faulty, Damaged or Wrong

If a toy reaches you damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, that is on us. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a few photos and a short video to contact@safencia.com or WhatsApp 0317-4134902. You get a full refund or a replacement, and you pay nothing — no return charge is deducted.

3. If You Changed Your Mind

You can also return a toy within 7 days simply because you no longer want it. For this kind of return the item must come back unopened and unused, sealed in its original packaging. A flat Rs. 300 is deducted from your refund to cover the one-way delivery cost; the rest is refunded in full.

We cannot accept a change-of-mind return once a toy has been opened or played with, because it can no longer be sold as new. If it is opened, only the faulty-item terms in section 2 apply.

4. How to Send It Back

Contact us first — do not post anything before we have confirmed the return. Once confirmed, send the product to the return address printed on the package slip within 7 days. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. If a product reaches us in a condition that does not match what was agreed, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, the refund is initiated within 48 hours to the bank account you provide. For a faulty item the refund is the full amount you paid. For a change-of-mind return it is the amount you paid minus the Rs. 300 delivery deduction.

6. Colour Variations

Colours may vary slightly from the photos on delivery, unless you paid extra for a specific colour. A colour difference on its own is not treated as a fault. You may still return the item under the change-of-mind terms in section 3 if it is unopened.
