We try to show product names, prices, descriptions, images, and age guidance clearly. Product colors, packaging, accessories, and minor design details may vary by stock batch. Please confirm important details before dispatch.
3. Orders
Adding an item to cart prepares a WhatsApp order message. An order is only confirmed after safencia.com confirms stock, delivery details, customer information, and final payable amount on WhatsApp.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery charges and COD availability are confirmed before dispatch. safencia.com may correct pricing errors before confirming an order.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on city, courier coverage, weather, public holidays, and operational conditions. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.
6. Returns and replacements
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items should be reported within that window with photos or an unboxing video, and are refunded or replaced in full at no cost to you. A change-of-mind return is also accepted within 7 days provided the item is unopened and unused in its original packaging, with Rs. 300 deducted from the refund to cover one-way delivery. Items that have been opened, used, misused or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should follow age guidance and supervise children during play, especially with flying toys, remote-control toys, small parts, batteries, chargers, or outdoor use.
