Adding an item to cart prepares a WhatsApp order message. An order is only confirmed after safencia.com confirms stock, delivery details, customer information, and final payable amount on WhatsApp.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery charges and COD availability are confirmed before dispatch. safencia.com may correct pricing errors before confirming an order.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on city, courier coverage, weather, public holidays, and operational conditions. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.
6. Returns and replacements
