The Intex Little Dino is not just a pool, it is a whole backyard water park in one dinosaur-themed set. A central splash pool sits in the middle, ringed by a water slide, a hose-fed sprayer arch, a friendly blue dinosaur, a palm tree and a painted volcano. For a dinosaur-mad child, this is the garden centrepiece of the whole summer.

There is a lot for children to do here beyond sitting in the water. They can climb the small slide and splash down into the pool, run under the arch sprayer as it rains water from above, and toss the included balls into the dinosaur's open mouth. It keeps a group of children busy in a way a plain pool simply cannot.

The sprayer arch is the clever part: connect an ordinary garden hose and a curtain of water falls from the top of the frame across the pool, a cooling water feature that works like a mini fountain on hot days. A set of colourful play balls is included in the box for the ball game and for floating in the pool.

This is the largest set in the range. The inflated size is 98 x 75 x 43 inches, which is 2.49 m x 1.91 m x 1.09 m, or about 8.2 x 6.3 x 3.6 ft, so it needs a good flat area of lawn or terrace. The pool section holds around 38 gallons of water, and the whole centre is made from durable vinyl.

Intex recommends the Little Dino for ages 2 and up. It is a seasonal set that needs a separate pump to inflate and a garden hose to run the sprayer. The Intex Little Dino Dinosaur Play Center price in Pakistan is Rs. 14,500, reduced from Rs. 17,000, and it makes a real show-stopper for a birthday or garden party.
