Description

An Urdu letter on its own does not teach much. What sticks is the pairing every Pakistani child hears first — الف انار، ب بکری، پ پنکھا — and that is exactly what is printed on these twelve blocks. The letter sits large on the left of each face, with its word beside it in Urdu script.

The twelve run in alphabet order: ا انار, ب بکری, پ پنکھا, ت تتلی, ٹ ٹوپی, ث ثمر, ج جہاز, چ چاند, ح حقہ, خ خربوزہ, د دوات and ڈ ڈھول. That covers the opening block of the Urdu alphabet, the part a nursery child works through before anything else.

Because the word is on the block, a parent does not have to remember which word goes with which letter — a real problem when the child asks at eight at night and the adult was schooled in English. Hand over the block and the answer is printed on it.

Twelve blocks in three columns of four is a smaller, chunkier layout than the fifteen-block packs, which suits younger hands. Children line them up in order along a table edge, stack them into a tower, or turn one face down and ask which letter is missing. None of that needs an adult sitting with them.

The blocks alternate bright green and pink faces with the Urdu printed in heavy black, which stays readable across a room and photographs well for a school project. They are sold shrink-wrapped on a printed header card marked Learning Spelling, model MS-02.

No age is marked on the pack. We suggest three years and up, with an adult nearby for a younger child, since a single block is small. The Safencia price is Rs. 375 with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Chunkier Blocks, Fewer of Them

Three columns of four rather than five, which makes each block bigger in a small hand.

Heavy Black Urdu Script

The letters are printed large and solid, readable across a room and clear enough for a school display.

Loose Blocks, Not a Chart

They line up, stack and get hidden — a child plays with them, which is more than most alphabet charts get.

Costs Less Than a Notebook

At Rs. 375 it is the cheapest way to put the Urdu alphabet in a child's hands rather than on a wall.

FAQs

How many blocks are in this Urdu alphabet pack?

Twelve, arranged in three columns of four on the card. They run in order from ا to ڈ.

Which letters and words are printed on them?

ا انار, ب بکری, پ پنکھا, ت تتلی, ٹ ٹوپی, ث ثمر, ج جہاز, چ چاند, ح حقہ, خ خربوزہ, د دوات and ڈ ڈھول — the letter on one side of the face and its word beside it.

Does this pack cover the complete Urdu alphabet?

No. It covers the opening twelve letters, ending at ڈ. The later letters from ذ onwards are not in this pack, so a full alphabet needs a second set.

Are there pictures on the Urdu blocks, or only script?

Script only. The letter and its word are printed in black Urdu type with no illustration, which keeps the reading itself as the task.

How is this different from the fifteen-block Urdu pack?

This one has twelve larger blocks and prints a word next to every letter. The fifteen-block pack goes further into the alphabet but carries the letters alone with no words.

What age are these Urdu alphabet blocks for?

No age is printed on the pack. We suggest three and up, with an adult nearby for a younger child, because a single block is small enough to go in a mouth.

How does the pack arrive?

Shrink-wrapped onto a printed header card marked Learning Spelling, carrying model number MS-02, with all twelve blocks visible through the wrap.

Can I pay cash on delivery for Urdu Alphabet Word Blocks in Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.

How fast is delivery in Pakistan?

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
