Six rows of six with two below — the complete haroof-e-tahajji, not the twenty-eight-letter Arabic set.
The complete chart: thirty-eight Urdu letters in six rows of six with the last two below, cut in red, black, blue, green, yellow and purple foam.
Description
This chart carries the whole Urdu alphabet, and we counted it: thirty-eight letters, arranged right to left in six rows of six with the last two below. Alif through to bari ye, with ٹ, ڈ, ڑ and ژ all present — the Urdu-specific letters that a chart built from the Arabic alphabet leaves out.
That distinction matters more than any listing admits. Wooden Urdu boards sold in Pakistan very often carry twenty-eight pieces, which is the Arabic set used in Qaida, not the alphabet a child is examined on in school. If your child is learning the full haroof-e-tahajji, count the letters on the chart before you buy — on this one, they are all there.
Each letter is cut individually from coloured foam and stands proud of the white backing board, so the shape has an edge a child can run a finger along. The colours rotate through red, black, blue, green, yellow and purple, which breaks the rows up visually and gives a teacher an easy way to say which letter she means without naming it.
For a nursery wall it does the job a printed poster cannot: it is thick, it does not curl in Lahore heat, it does not tear at the corners, and a damp cloth cleans it without lifting the colour. A red banner reading URDU ALPHABETS with the model code FS-73 sits above the board.
One honest point. No fixing method is printed on the chart and no adhesive backing is visible in the photographs, so we do not claim one. Schools normally put these up with double-sided tape or glue dots — ask on WhatsApp before ordering if you need adhesive already fitted.

FAQs
How many letters are on the Urdu Alphabet Chart?
Thirty-eight. We counted them from the photographs — six rows of six with the final two beneath, running right to left from alif to bari ye.
Does it include the Urdu letters that Arabic sets leave out?
Yes. ٹ, ڈ, ڑ and ژ are all present on the board, which is the difference between a full Urdu chart and a twenty-eight-letter Arabic one.
How is this different from a wooden Urdu alphabet board?
Wooden boards commonly carry twenty-eight pieces, the Arabic set used in Qaida. This chart carries the full thirty-eight, so it matches what a school teaches rather than what a Qaida starts with.
Are the letters loose or fixed to the board?
They are mounted on a white foam backing board, raised off the surface so each shape has an edge to trace. This is a wall chart rather than a set of loose letters to arrange.
Does it come with adhesive for the wall?
Nothing on the chart shows an adhesive backing and no fixing method is printed, so we do not claim one. Double-sided tape or glue dots are what schools normally use.
What size is the chart?
No dimension is printed on it or on the banner, so we will not quote one. Ask on WhatsApp and we will measure the stock in hand before you order.
Is a model code printed on it?
Yes, FS-73, on the red banner above the board. Quote it when reordering the same chart.
What age does it suit?
Nursery upwards, roughly three and above. Younger children trace and point at the shapes; older ones read the rows in order once they have started Urdu at school.
Can I pay cash on delivery for Urdu Alphabet Chart in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.
How fast is delivery in Pakistan?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
