Low enough for a toddler to sit, keep both feet near the floor and walk the scooty forward.

The Blue Frog Kids Scooty with Seat with its lights on: flashing front wheels, a red glow at the back and lights along the deck.
Description
This is a scooty for the child who is not quite ready to stand and push. A blue frog grins from the front, and just behind the handlebar sits a seat 30 cm off the floor, low enough for a two-year-old to sit down, keep both feet near the ground and walk the scooty along. The seat rotates on its post, and it comes off completely once your child is ready to stand, which turns it into an ordinary three-wheel kick scooty.
Both front wheels flash in changing colours as they roll, the back wheel glows red, and small lights run along the side of the deck. The wheel lights are powered by the wheels turning, so they need no batteries. The music unit does take small cells, which are not included, so add a set to your order if your child will want the tunes straight away.
In our size chart the handlebar reaches 72 cm and the stem adjusts through several heights. The scooty is 57 cm long and 27 cm wide across the front wheels, which is compact enough to steer between sofa and table. The seat suits children from about two years, and by five or six most riders will have outgrown the 72 cm handle.
One button folds the stem down when the ride is over. In a flat where the hallway is the only parking space, or a car boot that already holds a pram, that matters.

How high is the seat?
The seat sits 30 cm above the floor, so a small child can sit on the Blue Frog Kids Scooty with Seat and push along with both feet before learning to stand.
Can the seat be taken off?
Yes. The seat of the Blue Frog Kids Scooty with Seat comes off completely, so once your child can stand and push, it carries on as a normal three-wheel kick scooty.
What are the measurements of this scooty?
It is 57 cm long and 27 cm wide across the front wheels, with the handlebar at 72 cm and the seat at 30 cm in our size chart.
Which parts light up, and do they need batteries?

Does the frog scooty fold?
Yes. One button folds the stem of the Blue Frog Kids Scooty with Seat, so it takes up far less room in a car boot or a hallway.

Yes. We sell a green frog scooty without a seat for children who already stand and push, and a pink chick scooty with a seat for children who prefer pink. Ask on WhatsApp if you are deciding between them.
Can my child use it outside?
Yes, on smooth paved paths, tiled porches and park walkways. The frog scooty has small plastic wheels made for flat ground, so keep it away from gravel, sand and broken road.
