This kitchen sink toy is a turquoise play sink with an orange swivel tap that runs real water. Its box calls it an electric circulation pumping sink: water poured into the basin is drawn up by a small pump and comes out of the tap again, so the same water keeps flowing while a child washes up.

It is a complete 23-piece set. The sink has two sides: on the left an orange dish-rack basket sits in its own well, and on the right is the open washing basin, with two small slots behind it, one holding the play detergent bottle. Plates and cups, a cutlery set, a tomato, a carrot, lettuce, cabbage, an orange and other colourful play fruits make up the rest.

The tap turns through 360 degrees, so it can be swung over either side of the sink. The pump runs on 2 AA batteries, which are not included, and Safencia offers a battery pack in the cart for exactly this kind of toy.

It is about 34.5 cm long and 25 cm tall to the top of the tap, with a basket of roughly 14 x 20 cm, which is a comfortable size for a table top, a balcony floor or a play mat. Put a towel underneath, because children who discover running water at their own sink will splash.

Pretend washing up is a favourite for children who copy everything the grown-ups do in the kitchen, and it builds real habits: rinsing a plate, stacking it in the rack, and sorting cups from cutlery. In a Pakistani summer it doubles as water play indoors.

Safencia also stocks a pink electric sink and dishwasher set; this turquoise sink is the wider two-section design with a separate drying basket. Its price is Rs. 3,250 with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, and we confirm stock, your city and the delivery charge on WhatsApp before dispatch.
