Description

A green locomotive pulling four wagons, with the twelve months of the year shared three to a wagon: January, February and March on the red one, then the blue, yellow and orange wagons carrying the rest of the year. A red banner reading MONTH'S TRAIN sits above the line with the model code FS-09 in a yellow oval at its end.

One thing to know before you order. On the blue wagon the word MAY is set above APRIL, so that wagon reads MAY, APRIL, JUNE. Eleven of the twelve months are in the right place and the fault is in the product's own artwork, not in one bad piece, so every unit carries it. Teachers who use the Months Train tell the class to spot the mistake, which is not a bad lesson in itself, but you should know it is there rather than find it once the set is on the wall.

The month names are not printed on the wagons. Each letter is cut from foam and stuck on, so the words stand proud of the surface and a child can run a finger along the J of JANUARY and feel where it starts. The same layered build runs through the whole set: the wheels are separate discs, the black couplings between wagons are separate strips, and the engine carries a white crescent and star on its green body with a yellow and red driving wheel beside it.

Three months to a wagon is a quarter of the year, and that is the shape most Pakistani school calendars already run on. A nursery teacher can point at one wagon and mean the whole first term; a Class 1 group can work out which wagon their birthday rides in. It answers a question a flat list of twelve words does not, which is which months belong together.

The set arrives as loose cut pieces. Nothing is fixed to a board, so you decide how long the line runs — straight along a corridor wall, curved around a corner, or engine-first up a door frame. Schools usually run it above the whiteboard where the whole class can see all four wagons at once.

No size, no age marking and no fixing method appears anywhere on the pieces or the banner, so we quote none of the three. There is nothing sticky on the back; double-sided tape is what most classrooms reach for. Message us on WhatsApp and we will measure the engine and one wagon from the stock in hand.

The Months Train is Rs. 1,200 with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We confirm stock and your city's delivery charge on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Why this product is worth considering

All Twelve Months, Three to a Wagon

Four wagons split the year into quarters, so a child sees which months belong to the same term rather than a flat list of twelve.

Raised Letters, Not Print

Every letter is cut from foam and stuck on, standing proud of the wagon so a fingertip can trace the shape of the word.

One Artwork Fault, Stated Up Front

The blue wagon reads MAY above APRIL. Eleven months are correctly placed; the twelfth is a fault in the product's own artwork.

FAQs

Are the months in the correct order?

Eleven of the twelve are. On the blue wagon MAY sits above APRIL, so that wagon reads MAY, APRIL, JUNE. It is a fault in the product's own artwork, so every Months Train carries it and we would rather you knew before ordering.

How many pieces make up the set?

One engine, four wagons and the red title banner, along with the separate wheels and black couplings already fitted to each piece. The twelve month names are spread three to a wagon across the four wagons.

Does it come on a backing board?

No. The Months Train arrives as loose cut foam pieces, so you set the spacing and the shape of the line yourself instead of being held to one layout by a board.

Are the month names printed or raised?

Raised. Each letter is cut separately from foam and stuck onto the wagon, so the words stand above the surface and a child can feel the letter shapes with a fingertip.

How is it fixed to the wall?

No adhesive is fitted and no fixing method is printed on the set, so we make no claim about it. Double-sided tape or glue dots are what classrooms normally use for foam wall pieces.

What age does it suit?

Nursery to about Class 2 is where it earns its place. Younger children name the months and find their birthday; older ones use the four wagons to talk about terms, seasons and quarters of the year.

How big is the train?

No measurement is printed on the pieces or the banner, so we will not quote one. Send us a WhatsApp message and we will measure the engine and a single wagon from the stock we are holding.

Is there a reorder code on it?

Yes, FS-09, set into the yellow oval at the end of the red MONTH'S TRAIN banner. Quote that code and the identical set comes back for a second classroom.

Can I pay cash on delivery for Months Train in Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.

How fast is delivery in Pakistan?

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
