A broad green tree on a thick brown trunk, hung with six orange fruits, each with its own small green leaf. Around it go a smiling red and yellow sun, three blue clouds, three red and purple birds and a run of green grass along the bottom. It is the largest display piece in this range and it fills a wall on its own.

The six fruits are blank. Nothing is printed on them — no letters, no numbers, no names — and that is the point of the set rather than an omission. A progress tree is meant to carry whatever the teacher decides it carries: six children's names, six groups, six targets for the term, six good-behaviour stars. You write on the fruits or pin cards to them, and the display becomes yours.

Six is the number to plan around before you order, and it is the thing to check against your own class. Six fruits tracks six names or six groups, not thirty children. Schools running a whole-class reward chart usually split the class into five or six groups and give each one a fruit; if you need one per child for a class of thirty, this is not the right product and we would rather say so now.

It shares its shape with the Alphabets Tree in the same range, and the difference matters. That one arrives with twenty-six lettered apples and teaches the alphabet. This one arrives blank and does whatever you decide. If you want letters on the tree, buy that one; if you want a reward wall, buy this.

Everything is a separate cut-out — tree, fruits, sun, clouds, birds and grass — so the display is assembled rather than hung in one piece. The fruits lift off, which is how a teacher moves a group up the tree as the term goes on, and that movement is what children actually watch for.

Nothing has an adhesive backing and no size is printed on any piece or on the red banner, so we claim neither. Safencia sells the set at Rs. 2,330 with Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan — WhatsApp us and we will confirm stock, measure the tree and give you your city's delivery charge before dispatch.
