Each block is one step smaller than the one below, counted from the assembled tower in our photographs.
All ten blocks stacked, stepping evenly from the red block at the base to the small pink one at the top, with nothing holding them together.
Description
Ten rectangular wooden blocks, each one a step smaller than the last, that stack into a stepped pyramid. Red at the base, then orange, yellow, lime, green, light blue, blue-violet, plum, blue and a small pink block at the top. Ten pieces, counted off the tower in our photographs.
The thing that makes this different from every other stacker we sell is what is missing: there is no post. Nothing guides a block into place and nothing holds the stack up. A child has to judge the centre by eye and set each block down flat, and the tower falls over when they do not. That is the whole exercise, and it is a genuinely harder one than threading rings onto a dowel.
Because the blocks are solid rectangles rather than rings, they work away from the tower too. Stand them on their ends in a line and you have a size-graded row that a child can order from longest to shortest — the second photograph shows exactly that, and it is the version most nursery teachers reach for first. They also build walls, bridges and roads like any other block set.
The colours run through a full spectrum rather than the usual six, which means adjacent blocks are always distinguishable. That matters when a child is trying to find the next size down: on a six-colour set two candidate blocks often share a colour, and the child has to compare sizes with nothing else to go on.
Ten graded sizes is also a maths material in disguise. Laid flat, the blocks show a clean sequence a child can walk up and down with a finger, and the gap between neighbours is even enough that a five-year-old will notice if one is missing from the row.
Nothing is printed on the blocks — no size, no age marking, no maker's name — and the set has no box in any photograph, so we quote none of those. The Square Stacking Tower arrives as the ten loose blocks. Ask on WhatsApp and we will measure the largest and smallest from the stock in hand.

FAQs
How many blocks are in the set?
Ten, counted from the assembled tower in our photographs. They run red, orange, yellow, lime, green, light blue, blue-violet, plum, blue and pink, largest at the bottom to smallest at the top.
Is there a post to stack them on?
No, and that is the point. The Square Stacking Tower is free-standing, so a child must centre each block by eye and the tower genuinely falls over when they get it wrong.
How is this different from a ring stacker?
A ring stacker threads rings onto a dowel that catches every mistake. Here nothing catches anything, so it suits an older child who has already outgrown the guided version.
What else can the blocks be used for?
Stood on end in a size-ordered row, which is the exercise most nursery teachers use first, and as ordinary building blocks for walls, bridges and roads.
Does it come in a box?
No box appears in any of the photographs, so we do not claim one. The blocks arrive loose with our standard protective packing.
What age suits it?
Three upwards, and it keeps working to about six. Younger children order the blocks by size while older ones take on balancing the full ten-block tower without knocking it down.
What size are the blocks?
No measurement is printed on them and there is no box to carry one, so we will not quote a size. Message us on WhatsApp and we will measure the largest and smallest before you order.
What are they made of?
Painted wood. No material statement, paint specification, age marking or safety certification is printed anywhere on the Square Stacking Tower, so we claim none of them.
Can I pay cash on delivery for Square Stacking Tower in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.
How fast is delivery in Pakistan?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
