Description

Twenty numbers and four signs. That last part is what separates this from every other number set — alongside the tiles for 1 to 20 come a multiply, a plus, a minus and a divide, so a child does not just name a number, they build a whole sum on the table and read it back. Lay out 7, +, 5 and the question has been asked without a worksheet being printed.

The tiles are all the same square, in blue, yellow, red, green, orange, pink and purple, with the numeral in a contrasting colour on each — a black 1 on blue, a red 2 on yellow, a green 10 on red. Equal size is what lets a sum line up straight, and rotating colours is what stops a row of tiles reading as one block.

A word about the name printed on the banner. It reads SQUARE NUMBERS, which in mathematics means 1, 4, 9, 16 and so on. That is not what this set is. These are the numbers one to twenty on square tiles, and if you came looking for a squares-and-roots aid this is the wrong product. We would rather say that plainly than let a teacher order it by mistake.

For a classroom the set does three jobs. On the wall it is a number line to twenty. On a table it is a sum builder. In a tray it is a sorting and ordering game — hand out the tiles shuffled and ask a group to put them in order, which is a genuine test of number sense rather than recitation.

Nothing has adhesive on the back and no dimension is printed on the tiles or the banner, so we describe neither. Double-sided tape works for a wall display, and most buyers keep them loose the rest of the time. WhatsApp us and we will measure a tile from the stock in hand.

Safencia sells the set at Rs. 840 with Cash on Delivery throughout Pakistan, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi included. Stock and your city's delivery charge are settled on WhatsApp before dispatch.

FAQs

How many tiles are in the set?

Twenty-four in all: twenty number tiles running 1 to 20, plus four operator tiles for multiply, plus, minus and divide.

The banner says SQUARE NUMBERS — is this a squares and roots set?

No, and this is worth checking before you order. In mathematics square numbers means 1, 4, 9, 16. These are the numbers one to twenty printed on square tiles, which is a different thing entirely.

Can a child make sums with them?

Yes, and that is the point of the four operator tiles. Lay out 7, plus, 5 on a table and the Number Square Tiles have posed a question without any worksheet being printed.

Does the set include zero?

No, it runs 1 to 20. If you want a display that begins at zero, the 0 to 9 caterpillar set covers that range instead.

Are the tiles loose or fixed to a board?

Loose. The Number Square Tiles come as separate squares with a red banner, so they work on a wall, on a table or in a sorting tray rather than in one fixed layout.

What age suits them?

Four to eight. Younger children order and match the numbers, while Class 1 and 2 pupils use the operator tiles to build and solve simple sums.

Is there adhesive on the back?

No adhesive is fitted and no fixing method is printed on the tiles, so we make no claim. Double-sided tape is what schools use when they want a wall display.

How big is a tile?

No measurement is printed on the tiles or the banner, so we will not quote one. Message us on WhatsApp and we will measure one from the stock in hand.

Can I pay cash on delivery for Number Square Tiles in Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.

How fast is delivery in Pakistan?

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
