This is a small model of a classic round-nosed scooter with a sidecar fixed to its side, in the classic three-wheeled style. It has a pull back motor: set it on the floor, draw it backwards a little, let go, and it rolls off on its own. No batteries are needed.

The details are what make it. There is a headlight in a curved front shield, a grille of little silver bars, two rear-view mirrors on the handlebar, a coil spring on the front fork, a saddle and a round engine cover with a gear emblem. The sidecar has a cream seat with a grab rail behind it, a racing stripe and a round SPEED badge, and the front shield carries the number 08.
