Ten chunky wooden numerals, each in its own colour, thick enough for a three-year-old to pick up flat off a table.
The full set laid out: cards one to ten with their number grooves and animal counts, the loose wooden numerals, and the 3Y+ box behind them.
Description
Counting out loud and understanding what a number means are two different skills, and most children learn the first long before the second. This set works on the second one. Card number four shows four raccoons; the child counts them, finds the wooden 4, and drops it into the groove cut on the left of the card. The quantity and the symbol end up side by side on the same piece of card.
Ten wooden numerals are included, 1 through 10, each in its own colour so a child can also sort and line them up before any counting starts. The ten cards each carry a number-shaped groove and the matching quantity of one animal: one elephant, two teddy bears, three crocodiles, four raccoons, five rabbits, six owls, seven frogs, eight puppies, nine bees and ten ladybirds.
Using one animal per card is deliberate and it makes a real difference. A child counting nine bees is not distracted by nine different creatures, so the answer comes from counting rather than from guessing. The pictures are large and clearly separated, which is what a three-year-old needs before they can count objects that overlap.
The groove on each card is cut to that numeral only, so a 6 will not sit in the 9 card. That gives the child a way to check themselves — the usual reason a set like this holds attention while an adult is busy in the next room.
The cards come on a metal ring, and a cotton drawstring bag holds everything. Once counting is comfortable, the same pieces become a first arithmetic set: lay out the 2 card and the 3 card, count the pictures together, then find the 5. That is where the ten numerals start earning their keep.
The box is marked 3Y+ and carries a small-parts warning. The Safencia price is Rs. 2,500 with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm stock and your city's delivery charge before dispatch.

FAQs
What comes in the Wooden Numbers Counting Set?
Ten wooden numerals from 1 to 10, ten matching picture cards held on a metal ring, and a cotton drawstring storage bag.
What is on each counting card?
A groove cut in the shape of that numeral, and the matching quantity of one animal — one elephant, two teddy bears, three crocodiles, four raccoons, five rabbits, six owls, seven frogs, eight puppies, nine bees and ten ladybirds.
Does this set include zero or numbers above ten?
No. It runs 1 to 10 only. There is no zero and no 11 to 20 extension, so if you need teen numbers you would pair it with a separate set.
How does a child know if they have matched it correctly?
The groove on each card is cut to one numeral, so the wrong number will not lie flat. The child sees the mistake without being told, which is what keeps them working independently.
What age is this counting set for?
The packaging carries a 3Y+ marking and a small-parts note. Three and four year olds use the wooden numerals for matching, and five and six year olds use the same counting cards for counting on and simple addition.
Are the numerals wooden or plastic?
The numerals are painted wood. The cards are thick printed board with the number groove cut into the surface, and they are held together on a metal ring.
Can two children share this counting set?
Yes — a common way is to split the cards, deal the numerals face down and take turns claiming the card that matches. With only one of each numeral, though, both children cannot work on the same number at once.
Can I pay cash on delivery for Wooden Numbers Counting Set in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.
How fast is delivery in Pakistan?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
