This racing game is built inside the car itself. The whole toy is a glossy blue sports car about 32 cm long, and where the seats would be there is a road with lanes and traffic under a clear canopy. A chunky black steering wheel stands up at the back like the car's own wheel.

Switch it on and the road starts moving with mini cars travelling down it. Turn the wheel to steer your car between the lanes and keep it clear of the traffic, while music, sound effects and the LED headlights add to the race. The longer you avoid a crash, the better you are driving.

The skills it trains are the same ones an arcade game does: watching, reacting and turning at the right moment. Because it is a physical toy with no screen, parents like it as a screen-free alternative that still gives a child the thrill of a racing game.
