A five-blade fan turns inside a moulded red shroud, so the tail rotor cannot be bent by a doorframe or catch a curtain.
The Velocity 806 shown with its printed retail box and the pistol-grip handset with the orange beacon lamp on top.
Description
Look at the tail of the Velocity 806 and you will see the one thing that separates it from every other helicopter on this page. Where the others spin an exposed rotor on a bare boom, this has a red ducted fan — five blades turning inside a moulded shroud. A shrouded fan cannot be bent by a doorframe and cannot catch a curtain, and the tail rotor is the part that gets destroyed first on almost every toy helicopter ever sold.
The box calls it a super alloy structure, and that shows in the weight: around 300 grams, which is three times the featherweight indoor helicopters and puts it in a different class entirely. Mass is not automatically a good thing, but it does mean the machine holds a line instead of being shoved sideways by a draught from an open window.
The battery is a 3.7 volt 350 milliamp-hour lithium polymer pack, which is the largest capacity in our helicopter range. More capacity means longer in the air per charge, and it is built into the airframe rather than swappable, so charging is over the supplied lead rather than by keeping spares.
Two and a half channels covers climb, descend and rotate, with the half channel trimming the turn. That is deliberately less than the 3.5 channel machines, and it is the trade this helicopter makes: fewer directions, but a heavier, more solidly built airframe with the protected tail. If you want forward and backward flight, look at the 3.5 channel models instead.
The handset is a pistol-grip rather than a flat pad, with an orange beacon lamp on top that lights while it is switched on — a small thing that stops a child leaving the transmitter powered up all night. It takes AA batteries of its own, so the handset stays usable while the helicopter charges.

FAQs
What is the ducted tail fan on the Velocity 806 for?
It replaces the exposed tail rotor found on most toy helicopters. Five blades spin inside a moulded shroud, so the fan cannot be bent by hitting a doorframe and cannot snag a curtain — the tail is usually the first part to break.
What does 2.5 channel mean on the Velocity 806?
It climbs, descends and rotates left or right, with the half channel trimming the turn. It does not fly forward and backward under power, so choose a 3.5 channel helicopter if travelling across a room matters more than build quality.
How heavy is the Velocity 806?
Around 300 grams, which is roughly three times a lightweight indoor helicopter. The extra mass from the alloy structure helps it hold a line in still air rather than being pushed about by a draught.
What battery does the Velocity 806 use?
A built-in 3.7 volt 350mAh lithium polymer pack, the biggest capacity in our helicopter range. It charges over the supplied lead and is not designed to be swapped out for a spare.
Does the Velocity 806 handset need batteries?
Yes, the pistol-grip transmitter takes its own AA batteries, which are not included. That means the handset keeps working while the helicopter is on charge, and it never needs a cable of its own.
Is the Velocity 806 metal or plastic?
It is a mix. The box describes a super alloy structure and the fuselage frame and skids are metal, while the canopy, rotor blades and tail shroud are moulded plastic. The alloy is what accounts for the weight.
Can the Velocity 806 be flown indoors?
Yes, in a room with height and space — the shrouded tail is a real advantage near furniture and curtains. At 300 grams it lands harder than a featherweight helicopter, so keep it away from glass and screens.
Can I pay cash on delivery for Velocity 806 Helicopter in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.
How fast is delivery in Pakistan?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
