Description

Master Class is the artists' line of Nevskaya Palitra, the St Petersburg colour works, and the box says so: the ЗХК mark sits top left, Saint Petersburg is printed inside the diamond beside Master Class, and the range is called Extra-fine ARTISTS' ACRYLIC COLOURS. A corner block gives the format plainly — 12 COLOURS above 18 ml. The tubes lie in a black moulded tray inside a white sleeve.

Extra-fine is a grade claim about pigment grinding rather than marketing filler: it means the pigment is milled finer and loaded heavier than a student paint, which shows as stronger tinting and less filler in the mix. Nevskaya Palitra has been making colours since 1934 and Master Class is its top acrylic range, so this sits alongside our Daler-Rowney System 3 rather than anywhere near the student sets.

The price is the thing to be straight about. Twelve 18 ml tubes is 216 ml, so Rs. 7,650 works out to Rs. 637.50 a tube and Rs. 35.42 a millilitre. That makes it the second most expensive acrylic on our entire shelf, behind only the Daler-Rowney Neon & Glow sampler. Our Daler-Rowney System 3 tubes are Rs. 23.73 a millilitre and our Winsor & Newton Galeria set is Rs. 22.50, so Master Class costs around half again as much as either.

Whether that is worth paying depends entirely on whether you can use the extra pigment load. If you are working thinly, glazing, or mixing precisely, a heavily-loaded extra-fine paint goes further than the price per millilitre suggests, because you use less of it to reach the same strength. If you are covering canvas, it is simply expensive, and our Mont Marte Signature 36 ml sets at Rs. 5.27 will serve you better.

One thing we cannot confirm. Every photograph of this set shows **two Master Class branded brushes** laid beside the tray, and they look like part of the package rather than props. Our supplier's listing describes twelve colours and does not mention brushes. We have not claimed them as included — please ask us on WhatsApp before ordering if the brushes are what decide it for you, and we will confirm with the supplier.

We list this set from 12 years up. The Safencia price is Rs. 7,650 with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Stock, your city and delivery charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

FAQs

What is Master Class and who makes it?

It is the artists' acrylic line of Nevskaya Palitra, the St Petersburg colour works. The Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic box carries the ЗХК mark and prints Saint Petersburg beside the range name.

What does Extra-fine actually mean?

A finer grind and a heavier pigment load than student paint. In the Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic set that shows as stronger tinting strength and less filler, so a smaller quantity reaches the same colour.

Is it expensive?

It is our second dearest acrylic. The Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic set is Rs. 35.42 a millilitre, against Rs. 23.73 for our Daler-Rowney System 3 tubes and Rs. 22.50 for our Winsor & Newton Galeria set.

Is it worth the price over System 3 or Galeria?

Only if you use the pigment load. Working thinly or glazing, the Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic set goes further than its price per millilitre suggests. Covering canvas, it is simply dearer — our Mont Marte 36 ml sets are Rs. 5.27.

Do the brushes come with the set?

We cannot confirm it. Two Master Class branded brushes appear in every photograph of the Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic set, but our supplier's listing describes twelve colours only. Ask us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will check.

How much paint is in the box?

216 ml. The Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic set holds twelve tubes of 18 ml, printed as a 12 COLOURS and 18 ml block on the box corner, at Rs. 637.50 a tube.

Who is this set for?

Someone who has already decided acrylic is their medium and wants pigment strength. The Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic set is a poor first purchase and a reasonable one for a painter working thinly or mixing precisely.

Is it suitable for children?

We list the Master Class Extra-Fine Artists' Acrylic set from 12 years up. It is a professional artists' material at a professional price, and dried acrylic will not wash out of clothes.

Can I pay cash on delivery for Master Class Acrylic 12 x 18ml in Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.

How fast is delivery in Pakistan?

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. If the two brushes shown in the photographs matter to your decision, ask us and we will confirm with the supplier first. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
