Purple through to red, each bar shorter than the one before and pinned at both ends so it rings instead of buzzing.
The complete toy: the eight-bar xylophone across the roof, the red pull cord coiled at the front, two beaters and the giraffe, hippo, zebra and elephant blocks.
Description
Three toys are built into one wooden bus here, and they arrive at three different ages. At one, it is something to pull on a red string and watch roll. At two, the four animal blocks start going into the shaped holes in its side. At three, the eight-key xylophone on the roof stops being noise and starts being a scale played from one end to the other.
The xylophone bars run purple, blue, cyan, green, yellow-green, yellow, orange and red, each one shorter than the last and pinned at both ends so it rings rather than rattles. Two wooden beaters with round ball heads come with it, which matters more than it sounds — one beater means a child plays alone, two means a parent sits down and plays with them.
The blocks are a giraffe, a hippo, a zebra and an elephant, each cut and painted as its own animal rather than as a shape with a sticker on it. They post through animal-shaped holes in the side of the bus and rattle around inside until the bus is tipped up. A child who cannot yet name the animals still learns that the giraffe only fits the giraffe hole.
The bus itself is solid wood with painted panels, four blue wheels, and a face on the front with big eyes and a grille that reads as a smile. Music notes and a treble clef are printed along the red side panel. The red pull cord is knotted to the front, and because the body is wide and low it does not tip over when a toddler yanks it round a corner.
At Rs. 4,895 this is the largest toy in this group and it is meant to last several years and, usually, more than one child. There is nothing to charge, no speaker, and no plastic sound chip to fail — the noise it makes is a real bar being struck, which is also why it is quieter than a battery toy at three in the afternoon.

FAQs
How many keys does the xylophone have?
Eight metal bars run across the roof of the Xylophone Pull-Along Bus, coloured purple, blue, cyan, green, yellow-green, yellow, orange and red, each bar shorter than the one before it.
Is the xylophone in tune?
The bars on the Xylophone Pull-Along Bus are graded in length and play a rising scale from left to right. We have not measured them against a tuner, so treat it as a first instrument rather than a tuned musical one.
What are the four animal blocks?
A giraffe, a hippo, a zebra and an elephant. Each is cut and painted to its own outline and only passes through its own matching hole in the side of the bus.
How do the blocks come back out?
They drop inside the body of the bus and come out when it is tipped up or turned over, which becomes a game in itself for a two-year-old.
Is the pull string long enough for a toddler?
It is a knotted red cord fixed at the front of the bus. As with any corded toy, keep it away from a child's neck and out of the cot, and put the bus away when play finishes.
Can the xylophone be removed from the bus?
The bars are mounted on the wooden roof frame of the bus, so plan on it being one object. It is played where it sits rather than lifted off and carried around.
Is it heavy for a small child to pull?
The Xylophone Pull-Along Bus is a solid wooden body on four wheels, so it has real weight, but the wheels roll and the pull cord is at the front. A steady walker of about eighteen months manages it on a hard floor.
Is an age printed on the toy?
No age marking, brand name or size is printed on it. We suggest three years and up because of the beaters and the small animal blocks, with close supervision if a younger child is using it as a pull-along.
Can I pay cash on delivery for Xylophone Pull-Along Bus in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.
How fast is delivery in Pakistan?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
