Dry pigment that has to be bound before it becomes usable paint — loose powder dusts off a dry surface.
Six fluorescent bottles with their black screw caps, the shades on our price list at Rs. 350 each.
Description
This is not a bottle of paint. It is dry gouache powder, and that changes everything about how you buy and use it. Loose pigment brushed onto paper will dust straight off once dry — the powder has to be bound before it becomes paint. Mixed with water alone it will colour a surface but stay fragile; mixed with a binder it behaves like ordinary gouache and stays put.
That is why this page points at another product rather than pretending the bottle is complete on its own. We stock UD Binder at Rs. 160 for 120 ml, which is the inexpensive local binder art rooms across Pakistan use for exactly this job. Powder plus binder is the traditional way fluorescent colour gets mixed for banners, stage work and display boards, and it is why the powder is sold in a bottle rather than a tube.
The bottles are small, with black screw caps, and the label prints ST GOUACHE POWDER above the words ECONOMICAL, EASY TO USE, MULTI-PURPOSE and WATERPROOF. Underneath sit the markings CE, EN 71/3, NON-TOXIC and ASTM D-4236. We are quoting the label — those are the manufacturer's own declarations rather than claims of ours. What the label does not show legibly in our photographs is a net weight, so we are not going to print one; ask on WhatsApp and we will weigh a bottle before you order.
ST's own colour chart, photographed with the range, shows twenty-two shades — thirteen basic colours numbered 601 to 613, from Titanium White and Carbon Black through Burnt Umber, Scarlet Red, Vermilion, Orange, Yellow Ochre, Yellow, Light Green, Green, Blue Lake, Ultramarine and Violet, and nine fluorescents numbered 614 to 622. Six fluorescent shades are on our price list today at Rs. 350 each: blue, green, pink, red, violet and yellow. The rest of the chart is the maker's range, not our stock, so treat those as not currently orderable and ask if you need one.
Fluorescents are the reason most people buy powder rather than a tube. Ready-mixed fluorescent gouache and poster colour carry a premium — our Sakura fluorescent poster colours are Rs. 650 for a 30 ml jar — while a bottle of powder plus a Rs. 160 binder makes as much paint as your mixing allows. The trade is that you are doing the mixing, and consistency between batches is on you rather than on the factory.
It suits older students, sign painters and display workers from about 12 years up, working in a ventilated space — dry pigment powder is easily airborne, so mix it carefully and keep it away from small children. The Safencia price is Rs. 350 with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Stock, the shade you want, your city, and delivery charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.

FAQs
Can I paint with ST Gouache Powder straight from the bottle?
No. ST Gouache Powder is dry pigment, and loose powder brushed onto paper dusts off once dry. It needs to be mixed with water and a binder before it behaves like paint.
What binder should I use with it?
Our UD Binder at Rs. 160 for 120 ml is the local binder art rooms use for exactly this. Stir ST Gouache Powder into a little binder and water on a palette, adding powder until the colour is as strong as you want.
Which shades can I order?
Six of the nine fluorescents are stocked, each at Rs. 350 — the blue, green, pink, red, violet and yellow from ST's fluorescent group. The thirteen basic colours on the maker's chart are not currently on our list, so ask before assuming one is available.
Is it safe to use?
The bottle prints CE, EN 71/3, NON-TOXIC and ASTM D-4236, which are the manufacturer's own declarations. Dry pigment is easily airborne, so mix ST Gouache Powder in a ventilated space and keep it away from small children.
How much powder is in a bottle?
The net weight is not legible in our photographs, so we are not going to print a figure. Ask on WhatsApp and we will weigh a bottle of ST Gouache Powder before you place the order.
Why buy powder instead of ready-mixed fluorescent colour?
Cost and quantity. Our Sakura fluorescent poster colours are Rs. 650 for a 30 ml jar, while a Rs. 350 bottle of ST Gouache Powder plus a binder makes as much paint as you mix — the trade is that batch consistency becomes your responsibility.
What is it normally used for?
Banners, stage and display work, and anything where a lot of bright colour is needed at once. ST Gouache Powder suits jobs where mixing your own quantity is an advantage rather than a chore.
Can I pay cash on delivery for ST Fluorescent Gouache Powder in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many other cities.
How fast is delivery in Pakistan?
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch, including which shade you want. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days in major Pakistani cities, depending on courier route and city.
