Pull the fitted nib straight out of the collar and push the new one in until it seats. It is a friction fit, so it needs a firm push rather than a twist, and there is nothing to screw or unscrew.

These are steel dip nibs, which make their thick strokes by flexing under pressure. Urdu Nastaliq and Arabic Naskh are built on a broad cut edge held at a fixed angle, so a bamboo qalam is the correct tool for those and this set is not.
